Delivery and returns

Free shipping on all orders over £80, otherwise £12.50 shipping nationwide mainland UK shipping only. 

We ship orders throughout the week, therefore while we aim to ship your as soon as we can, it may take up to 7 days for your order to be shipped. 

An email will be sent once the courier has collected your order and it’s on its way to you. Then you will also receive an email confirming the delivery. If, in the rare circumstance you do not receive these emails, please  contact us via: and we will provide and update.

The delivery of your order must be received by an adult, of legal drinking age. If in doubt the courier may ask for proof of age, and may refuse delivery if not presented. If so, we can discuss re-arranging delivery with you, but may have to charge a small fee for doing so. We currently do not offer shipping outside of the UK mainland.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to the item being received by the customer.

If you need to exchange any item(s) as a result of defect or damage, send us an email, with digital photograph taken upon receipt of the item, clearly showing the defect or damage, to:  

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
